This is my third time ordering from Aniise, and they've been consistently good. I always get the Botanical Facial Cleanser and the Anti-Aging Face Cream. My skin really likes these, and the quality is always there. Shipping usually takes about 4-5 days, which is reasonable. The packaging could be a little less bulky, but that's a minor point. I'll keep coming back for sure.
Quality Product, Slower Support

My skin felt softer after using them for a few weeks. Delivery was okay, took about a week and a half. I did have a question about the ingredients and tried to reach customer service. They eventually got back to me, but it took a few days for their email response. Overall, the product quality makes up for the slightly slow support, though faster replies would be better.
